Welcome to Preview Tool — for Gofile™. By accessing or using this website or browser extension (the “Service”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
1. Purpose of the Service
Preview Tool allows users to preview and download content shared through Gofile links more efficiently. This tool is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Gofile.
2. Use of the Service
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service in any manner that could disable, damage, or impair it.
- Use the Service to access, store, or distribute illegal or harmful content.
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of the Service.
3. Intellectual Property
All code, design, and branding elements of Preview Tool are owned by their respective authors. The name “Gofile” and its trademarks belong to their respective owner.
4. Data & Privacy
The Service processes some data that is necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service (for example: account identifiers for Premium users, subscription identifiers with Stripe, and technical identifiers used to enforce daily quotas and prevent abuse).
Details about what we process, why, and for how long are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5. Premium Plan, Billing & Cancellation
- Payments: Premium subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
- Renewal: Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
- Cancellation: You can cancel at any time. After cancellation, you keep Premium access until the end of the current paid period, unless stated otherwise.
- Changes: We may change pricing, quotas, or plan features; material changes will be reflected on the website.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA/UK, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days, except when the right is waived for immediate performance of a digital service, where applicable.
6. Refunds & EU/EEA/UK Right of Withdrawal
Refunds: Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals, and you will keep Premium access until the end of the current paid period.
EU/EEA/UK consumers – 14-day withdrawal right: If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA/UK, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days.
Immediate access: If Premium is made available immediately after purchase, you may be asked during checkout to expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that this can affect (or waive) your right of withdrawal for digital services/content, where applicable. If such explicit consent/acknowledgement is not obtained, you may still be able to exercise the withdrawal right under applicable law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The developer does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or personal injury.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The date of the latest revision is indicated at the top of this page.
